People get tattoos for varius reasons, most often personal, but also because of social norms: certain gangs have their own tattoos, certain religions, nations, as well as prisoners. I think tattoos are an art form because every tattoo is a symbol of art and effort. I would love to have a small symbolic tattoo on my arm, nothing too big.
