REPORTED SPEECH (INDIRECT SPEECH)
Hello, everyone!
I hope you remember INDIRECT SPEECH we did last week.
If not, please have a look in your notebook and refresh your memory. Check carefully those three charts.
Here is a short video that will also help you understand it better and improve your knowledge.
Your task is to:
- Watch the video few times and decide what's new that you learnt from it.
- Give two examples of your own for each type of reported speech
- Put the following sentences into indirect speech:
He said, '' I don't live here.''
She said, ''We are playing now.''
He asked, ''Have you ever seen this movie?''
She asked,''When exactly will you be here tomorrow''
He said, '' Don't go now!''
She said, ''Play with us ,please!''
He said, ''Don't tell anyone, please!''
