Dear participants in the seminar, Through the forum I´ve known that in relation to the self-evaluation exercises of the first two sections of the civil part, you´ve found difficulties in understanding some of the questions. In relation to it (and in my condition of author of this part) I´d like to thank you for the comments and make this problem known, as for me it´s been impossible to check it due to the fact that the materials were drafted in Spanish and then translated into Croatian. To try to solve the problem and as far as my work is concerned, I´ve re-checked all again (I did it when I drafted the materials which were sent for translation with time) and in particular the self-evaluation questions in my version (the Spanish one). After it (and in the Spanish version) I´ve not been able to find problems of understanding the questions or related to the possibility of finding the correct answers in the text. In any case, I´d like to point out that these topics are not easy and that EU Law language is quite special and in some cases the meaning given to the words included in a text can be different from the use of the words in regular language and even the juridical use of them in our national laws (a great effort is going on at European level in training us and all legal professionals in the legal language of the EU). In any case I´d like to thank you again for the comments and offer all my help in solving the problems arisen maybe through the use of other languages (such as English). In addition to that, I offer you the possibility of sending me e-mails for any comment or problems of understanding you could have (you have my contact in the presentation of the seminar and I also include it at the bottom of this comment). Finally I´d like to apologise for not being able to contact you in Croatian. BR. Francisco Puig ( fp.puig@poderjudicial.es )
