Dear participants, Dragi polaznici,
As advisor in charge of the implementation of the European project where the on line course is based, I fully agree with our colleague Francisco Puig, expressing my gratitude for your comments, about possible deficiencies of the course. As you know, this is the first on line course that Judicial Academy is implementing, and thus it is a pilot course. We need your opinion, assess and support, and if you express your complaints or worries as soon as you perceive them, we can try to solve them so that it will be useful for you. Therefore, feel free to send to us your comments when you feel something is not working, though at the end of the course you will also have the occasion to do it.
Relating to the self-evaluation questionnaires, and just in case there should be any problem with translation, we will try to upgrade it for the next module, revising translations to be sure the legal language is completely correct. I think translators are doing a great work, but as Mr Puig says, EU Law language is quite special and sometimes is difficult to find the exact expression in other language, even for a legal professional. In any case, I would like to apologize for any possible deficiency in the course, but learning to avoid these defects have to be the lesson we should learn for the future of online activities.
