Grammar - -ing form; Early migration to the UK
Dear students!
I would like you to read the rules of -ing forms after preparatory IT on pages 72 and 125 (it’s not as difficult as it sounds, don’t worry) and complete task 2 on page 126. Send me a photo.
Another topic we are doing today is on page 73 – Early migration to the UK. I’m sending you the recording for tasks 3 and 4. According to the listening, complete task 5 on page 73. You do not need to send a photo of the task, but I need you to focus your attention on the vocabulary builder in your workbook, pages 108 and 109 (task 7.4 and task 7.5).
I’m also sending a short video about the History of the UK and the History of the English language and would like you to write notes. Write down what you thing is important and make sure you know all the documents mentioned (what they are about). We are going to talk about it next time.
So, the only thing you need to send me is the grammar task on page 126.
